Event Hire
Our Canning Town studio in East London exclusively hosts events as well as normal bookings. This venue spans over 800 sq.ft, making it an ideal setting for workshops, events, birthdays, and more.
For event hire, there is a minimum booking of 4 hours. Additionally, we provide 2 extra hours at no cost with each booking, giving you enough time to set up and welcome guests, ensuring a smoother event day.
Included with your event hire is the following:
Access to the kitchen and bathroom
All existing furniture and equipment within the studio
Professional lighting equipment
Events are subject to a £200 damage deposit of which is refunded following the event should no damage occur, excess cleaning or painting be required.
We also provide additional services such as catering, photographers and personalised items which can be added to your event booking. Please see here for a full list of what we provide at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy for Event Hire
You may cancel your event booking up to 14 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to consider your plans carefully and inform us as soon as possible if changes need to be made. This policy helps us manage our studio schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.

The studio can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests depending on the setup and type of event.

Events can be booked from 9 AM to 11 PM. All events must conclude within the operating hours unless prior arrangements are made.

Our studio is suitable for a variety of events, including workshops, birthday parties, corporate events, and more.

The booking includes access to standard studio amenities such as existing furniture, bluetooth speaker, kitchen, and restroom facilities. Additional amenities can be arranged upon request.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer catering services, which can be included in your event package if desired.

Yes, there is paid parking available about 3 minutes away from the studio.
You can also load off in-front of the studio if required.

We allow decorations but request that they do not damage the studio walls, floors, or any installed equipment. All decorations must be approved by studio management prior to the event.
