• Due to high demand, we cannot refund, cancel or reschedule bookings made on weekends. For weekdays, refunds won't be issued for cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your booking.
WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?

Select your preferred studio space by exploring the individual studio pages on our website. For detailed information about our Brentford studio, please click here. For specifics on our Canning Town studio, click here.
Each studio has unique features, including different types of lighting and equipment, so make sure to choose the one that best suits your needs!

Once you've chosen your preferred studio, you can secure your booking by clicking here. Be sure to select the duration of your booking, choose a date, and set a start time. Remember, the hours you book should include time for both setting up and tidying up. Please note that overtime fees will apply if you exceed your booked time.
In this section, you also have the option to add any additional services you may need, such as backdrops, photographers, specific equipment, or extra guests.

You will receive three emails from us in total: one confirmation email upon booking, a reminder email 24 hours before your booking, and another email 3 hours before your booking begins, which will include instructions on how to access the building.
Please familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy in our FAQs should you need to cancel your booking. If you do not receive any of the three emails, please contact us via Instagram at @loungestudiosltd or by email at info@loungestudios.co.uk, and a team member will resend the necessary information to you.
